IO-Link Pressure Transmitter and Switch
The FPI 8237 IO-Link Flush Membrane from Trafag pressure transmitter impresses with an absolutely smooth and robust flush-mounted measuring diaphragm made of corrosion-resistant duplex steel. The transmitter is designed as a smart sensor and provides application-relevant information in addition to process data. Trafag’s proprietary thin-film-on-steel sensor technology ensures a wide temperature range and excellent long-term stability.
The KA1590 capacitive sensor from Rechner now includes IO-Link. This IO-Link sensor can detect products with a low 1.1 dielectric.. The easy teach by wire is guided by the status of the yellow and green LEDs. The sensor operates on 10–35 VDC, the housing is IP67 sealed for CIP (clean in place), and installation is quick with tri-clamp mounting. The PTFE housing is FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 compliant for use in food and pharmaceutical applications.
Photoelectric Proximity Sensor with IO-Link
SICK‘s W10 is the first laser triangulation sensor of its kind with touchscreen operation, selectable operating modes, and stainless steel housing in IP69K and IO-Link functionality. The sensor series comprises just four variants, which differ in their operating distances and mounting options. Three application-optimized operating modes can be activated as foreground or background suppression if required. In addition, situation-dependent teach-in options allow the W10 to be conveniently adapted to individual application scenarios.
Laser Diffuse Sensor with IO-Link
Small housing, big operating range: Thanks to TOF technology, the new ODT3CL1-2M compact diffuse sensor from Leuze achieves an operating range of up to two meters. The 2-in-1 sensor detects the presence of objects and at the same time transmits measurement values. IO-Link can be used to transmit measurement values and process data of the sensor to the machine control. This allows users to effortlessly evaluate the comprehensive diagnostic data from the diffuse sensor – e.g. temperature information, information on signal quality and warnings.
